Herb Embellished Votives:
Things you need
Woody herbs such as thyme, rosemary, or oregano
Twine
Votive candle in holder
Scissors
Optional: tape
Champagne
Southern Comfort
Orange Juice
Grenadine
Mix 1 Oz Southern Comfort and 1 Oz of Orange Juice
Add a Splash of Grenadine
Shake over Ice
Pour Mixture into a Martini Glass
Add 3 Oz of Champagne, give it a swirl

Dash of Sour Mix
1 Oz Orange Liquor
1 Oz Cranberry Juice
Ice
Orange Peel for Garnish
Add ingredients into a mixing glass or shaker. Shake vigorously.
Strain liquid into a Martini glass and garnish with a twist of Orange.

Quick Cranberry Orange Relish
1 pound fresh cranberries
Grated zest and juice of 1 orange
1/2 pecans or walnuts
1 cup sugar, or to taste
Combine ingredients in food processor and process until coarsely chopped. Set aside for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Stay Warm with this cocktail
1 tablespoon Honey
Hot Water 1/3 cup
1 Lemon
Cinnamon Stick
2 Oz bourbon.
Combine Honey and Hot Water to dissolve honey.
Add the juice of half the lemon.
Add Bourbon and Mix with a Cinnamon Stick
Garnish with a lemon slice.

Peruna Tonic
2 Oz Gin
2 Oz Cocchi Americano
Splash of Tonic Water
Splash of Grenadine
Back Cherry Juice for color.
Mix the Gin and Cocchi with Ice.
Add Grenadine and Cherry Juice for color.
Stir in a splash of Tonic Water.

Lemon Rosemary Simmering Potpourri
1 lemon sliced
2 sprigs of rosemary
1 to 1/2 tsp vanilla
Optional 2 cinnamon sticks
2 cups (at least water)
Add all ingredients to a small saucepan. Make sure there is at least 2 inches of water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce to a simmer. Add water as necessary.
